Please note that Payment of Less than the Minimum Amount Due, or if your policy has cancelled for Non-payment of Premium and payment is being made after the cancellation date, will not reinstate your coverage. Return / Refund Policy

• CMIC will re-bill any minimum balance still due upon applying a partial payment
• CMIC will refund, via check, any overpayment to the annual premium 10 days from payment posting
• CMIC will issue refunds directly to the named insured(s) on the policy the payment was applied.

Should you find any errors related to your billing, or have questions regarding your bill, please contact your agent at the number listed on your policy.

If you have submitted a payment to us in error, CMIC will refund you directly.

Cancellations

You must contact Community Mutual Insurance Company to cancel a payment that has already been processed.
